What Balthazar is.
Balthazar Yachting is an independent yachting house: privately held, Dubai-headquartered, and structured around three service lines: charter, sale and owner services. The firm operates year-round from Business Bay, Dubai and seasonally across the principal international cruising grounds.
Our role is advisory. We work alongside the principal, the family office or the trusted advisor, and we coordinate the operational specialists: brokers, captains, shipyards, management firms. Behind a single point of contact.
Every engagement runs through one Balthazar advisor from first conversation to completion. The advisor carries the file, the relationships and the operational history. The network of brokers, captains, shipyards and management firms sits behind that advisor: added to slowly, vouched for individually, and shared on request.

Where we are
Headquartered in Dubai.
Our offices sit in Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, with the principal Dubai Marina embarkation quayside a short drive away. The team operates from the office year-round; advisors are reached by phone, WhatsApp and email across the working day.
Dubai works as the firm’s base for three reasons: the timezone bridges European mornings and Asian afternoons, the Gulf cruising market is a year-round operational base in its own right, and the international charter calendar is increasingly anchored on Dubai for the winter half of the year.

The team
Senior-led by design.
Balthazar is senior-led by design: a focused team of advisors backed by an extended network of operating partners that the firm engages on briefs as needed. Each advisor carries a portfolio of relationships; growth happens through reputation and introduction.
The corporate posture sits with the firm. When a brief is in motion the principal works with a specific advisor. The relationship is direct and the file is held by one person. And the firm’s public surface keeps the focus on the work.
