Corporate yacht events put the vessel to work as a venue: we arrange the vessel, the catering, the route and the guest handover from the brief through to disembarkation. The most-requested formats are sundown receptions, off-site board days and brand previews, formats that hold their register on the water.

A yacht works as a controlled, private venue. Most charter yachts are licensed for twelve sleeping guests but host far more for daytime and evening events: thirty to fifty for a deck reception is common, and up to around a hundred for cocktail-format hosting on the largest yachts. The guest list, the dressing of the deck and the flow of the evening are set against the vessel rather than a function room.

The production sits with the same advisor as the charter. Speakers and sound, a branded handover, photography and film, and any aviation or car transfers are coordinated on the one brief, so there is a single point of contact for the client's events team rather than a chain of suppliers.

Dubai is the most active market for corporate work, run year-round from our office there; the Mediterranean follows in season, with the marquee weeks (the Cannes Festival, the Monaco Grand Prix, the Cannes Yachting Festival) arranged twelve to twenty-four months ahead. Standard executive hospitality programmes, the bulk of corporate yacht charter work, are usually workable on three to six months' notice.
