Terms of use.
The terms on which we make this site available, and how our services are actually contracted.
Last updated: June 2026
01
The site.
This website is operated by BALTHAZAR FZCO (trade licence 7565), Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02
What the site is.
The site presents Balthazar Yachting and the yachts, destinations and services we advise on. It is a point of introduction, not a booking platform. The information here, including yachts shown and indicative pricing, is for general guidance, may change, and does not constitute an offer or a binding quotation.
Yacht availability, specifications and pricing are confirmed in writing for each enquiry. Nothing on the site forms part of any contract until set out in a signed agreement.
03
How our services are contracted.
Charters are concluded on the MYBA Charter Agreement, the standard form used across the industry. The terms, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and the law applicable to each charter are set out in that agreement and confirmed before any commitment.
Sale, acquisition and owner-services engagements are governed by separate written agreements appropriate to each transaction.
This separation matters: your charter or transaction is governed by its own internationally recognised contract, not by these website terms.
04
Intellectual property.
The site, its text, design and imagery belong to Balthazar or are used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it commercially without our written consent.
05
Our responsibility.
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of site content before terms are confirmed in writing. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
06
Governing law.
These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any matter relating to the site itself. The law governing each charter or transaction is set out in its own agreement, as described above.
07
Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version.
