For corporate hospitality we arrange the vessel, the catering, the route and the guest handover from the brief through to disembarkation. The most-requested formats are sundown receptions, off-site board days and brand previews — formats that hold their register on the water.
Dubai is the most active market for corporate work; the Mediterranean follows in season. Speakers, sound, branded handover, photography and any aviation transfers are coordinated through the same advisor on the brief.

- What is the lead time for corporate yacht events?
- For marquee-week events (Cannes Festival, Monaco GP, Cannes Yachting Festival), bookings are typically made 12 to 24 months ahead. For standard executive hospitality programmes, three to six months is usually workable.
- How many guests can a yacht event accommodate?
- Most charter yachts are licensed for 12 sleeping guests but can host significantly more for daytime or evening events — 30 to 50 for a deck reception is common; up to 100 for cocktail-format hosting on the largest yachts.
