Saint-Tropez.
Vieux Port and Port-Cogolin departures, with anchorages along the Pampelonne bay and the Cap Camarat.
Overview
What to expect.
Saint-Tropez is the eastern anchor of the western Côte d’Azur: a working harbour set against a small medieval old town, with the Pampelonne bay and the Cap Camarat anchorages immediately south. Vieux Port handles the day fleet; Port-Cogolin and the Sète anchorages accommodate larger yachts.
The season runs mid-May through early October. Demand peaks during August and around the Voiles de Saint-Tropez regatta in late September; the Cannes Festival overflow in May pushes a meaningful fleet south for the week. June and the September shoulders consistently return the best anchorages with the lowest cruising pressure.
