Yachts for sale in Dubai.

Yachts for sale in Dubai, listed and off-market, with one advisor from the first shortlist to the day the yacht is yours.

Buying a yacht in Dubai

Dubai has become one of the most active yacht markets outside Europe. Owners from the Emirates, the Gulf and further afield keep their yachts here all year, the season runs through the European winter, and the city's marinas hold yachts of every size, from Italian flybridge yachts to superyachts of more than 60 metres. Some of the best opportunities never reach a public listing.

Balthazar Yachting has operated in Dubai since 2012, with an office in Business Bay. We know the yachts, the owners and the captains here, and we advise buyers on the whole acquisition, not only on the listing.

From brief to closing

  1. The brief. How you will use the yacht, how many guests, where you will cruise, whether it will stay in Dubai, and whether it will charter.
  2. The shortlist. Listed yachts and off-market opportunities that fit, with a straight view on each: condition, history, crew and price against the market.
  3. Viewings. Your advisor attends with you and asks what decides a purchase: maintenance records, engine hours, refit history and, for a yacht that charters, its record.
  4. Survey and sea trial. An independent survey and a sea trial before any commitment, with the findings used in the negotiation.
  5. Negotiation and closing. Terms, deposit, registration and flag, handled with the relevant authorities and your advisers until the yacht changes hands.

After the purchase

Buying the yacht is the start. A berth in Dubai, a crew, maintenance and insurance all need arranging, and many owners in Dubai put their yacht on charter for part of the year. We cover each through yacht management and charter management, with the same team.

Selling a yacht in Dubai

Owners selling in Dubai reach buyers here and in Europe through the same advisor, with a considered price, a proper presentation of the yacht and discreet marketing where the owner prefers it. See sell a yacht.

When to buy

The Dubai International Boat Show, from 25 to 29 November 2026 at Dubai Harbour, is the week of the year when the most yachts are on show side by side. Your advisor can prepare a viewing schedule for the show, or arrange private viewings at any time of the year.

Frequently asked

Practical questions.

Can a foreign buyer own a yacht in Dubai?
Yes. Registration and flag depend on the buyer and the yacht's use, and your advisor works through the options with your legal and tax advisers.
Do you have yachts for sale that are not listed?
Yes. Part of the market in Dubai changes hands privately, and we present off-market opportunities to buyers whose brief fits.
Is a survey necessary?
Always. An independent survey and a sea trial come before any commitment, and their findings shape the final price.
Can I charter my yacht when I am not using it?
Yes. Many owners in Dubai put their yacht on charter for part of the season, managed by our team, which helps offset running costs.
Where can I keep a yacht in Dubai?
In one of the city's marinas, subject to availability for the yacht's size. Your advisor looks at berthing before the purchase, not after.
